Ethics introduced in a clear and appealing to the study of ethics as a scientific discipline dealing with the moral phenomenon of man in society, with special emphasis on the essence of morality in a social and historical context. Also deals with ethics in relation to other sciences and reflects on moral obligarietoridad. Subsequently, focuses on the relationship of the axiology and the problems that flow from it, to finally address the issues of applied ethics professionals, so that the student has an objective view of the moral phenomenon and what should be acting as a professional society that focuses on the study and analysis of the ethics code of his career.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR
WHEREAS:
I. That Legislative Decree No. 665 of March 7, 1996, published in the Official Journal No. 58, Volume No. 330 of March 22 of that year, issued the Teaching Profession Act, and
II. It is desirable to adopt such regulations in order to facilitate and ensure the correct application of that law
THEREFORE,
In exercise of its constitutional powers,
DECREED as follows:
REGULATION OF THE LAW OF THE TEACHING CAREER.
CHAPTER I
GENERAL
OBJECT
1 .- This Regulation regulates in general the scope of the Teaching Profession Act to insure safe and proper application.
FREQUENTLY USED TERMS
2 .- The term "Act" refers to the Teaching Profession Act.
The term "Ministry" refers to the Ministry of Education.
"Registry" should be understood to refer to the Register of Teachers hierarchical scale.
"Council" should be understood to refer to the School Board.
